With projection, lighting, design, colour and movement, Barnardo Square and City Hall become a space where you can also admire the creativity of some of our city’s youngest artists. The artworks from the Children’s Art Competition will be projected onto the side of 3 Palace Street. The light designs feature the work of Lightscape.
