About the artist

Marina Konther is an independent audiovisual artist who has worked on various international events. Graduated in visual arts and animation cinema, she explores through her work the characteristics of traditional animation, which she then re-explores through video mapping and VJing. Through the use of texture-rich materials, she creates animated and immersive spaces that appeal to the audience’s sensibility.

About ‘Saoirse and the Spirit of Freedom‘

A little girl named Saoirse finds a star crushed in the ground. She sets our to restore the star to its rightful place by carrying it to the General Post Office.
