Jeremy Oury

Jeremy Oury combines audio and visual skills to create digital installations that promote a fresh vision of audiovisual arts. His award winning artwork focuses on geometric distortions, sound and video and immersive forms. The light projection navigates through the Custom House using the pixels of the digital world, combining the 18th century architectures with 21st century digital art.

He focuses his artwork on a research about illusions from geometric distortions, on the synesthesia between sound and video, and on immersive forms in order to place the viewer at the center of a minimalist virtual universe to disrupt his perception of space.

His artwork was awarded in various international video mapping festivals (Video mapping contest 2023, Illuminarium Art Festival 2022, Luz y Vanguardias 2017, FIMA 2015, FIMG 2015) and fulldome festivals. His work has been shown in many digital festivals and exhibitions as IMAPP 2023, MUTEK MX 2022, Mapping festival 2023  & 2021, ISEA 2019, FILE festival, Domo Lleno, and many others.

He also promotes fulldome production with the curation for the festival Sous dôme in Paris since 2023.
